Your Host Claudie

I was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (home of West Edmonton Mall) where the winters are very long and cold.

I have been married for 23 years to the most wondeful man and my soulmate (Joe).  We have 2 children (Cynthia who is in university and graduates this year with her BS) and (Eric who gradutes this year from High School). 

In July 1998 I came across mypostcards.com and decided to start a postcard site, that's where Castle Mountains Postcards came in.  I really enjoy working with graphics so I thought I would give it a shot.  I still have a long way to go and alot to learn on the computer but I hope you enjoy what I have done so far.

My third love is animals of which my children and husband share.  Ever since I can remember we have had a house full of animals (cats, dogs, fish, birds, etc.) and even the odd reptile thrown in.  Our yard has quite a lot of room for our current babies (male rotti and a male part rotti-shep) to roam and play in.  We also have a 10 year old white german shep and 5 cats.  I can't imagine my life without animals in it, they give you so much and expect nothing in return.

Joe and I both enjoy the computer so for Christmas I bought him his own, so now I don't have to share this one.  We are not the outdoors type so during the long winters our computers and webpages keep us busy.  I also work full time so I don't have too much spare time for too many hobbies but my life is full and complete.
